“I chose that stage because I’d never played it before,”
Sheeran shared about his decision to perform on the New Music Stage.

As news of a potential “big name” guest made its rounds through Sefton Park, anticipation reached a fever pitch until Radio 1 finally confirmed on Instagram that indeed, it was none other than
“the one and only” Ed Sheeran

exclaimed Ellie, who along with David and George found themselves among the fortunate attendees witnessing Sheeran’s magic firsthand. Describing him as

However, not everyone was able to bask in Sheeran’s live performance spectacle. Friends Scarlett and Kate missed out on the action after being shut out when the area hit full capacity. Disheartened but hopeful, Kate expressed her desire to share videos of the show with her family who couldn’t be there.
