Vertiv Welcomes Mike Giresi as Global Chief Information Officer

Vertiv, a leading technology company, recently made an exciting announcement that Mike Giresi will be joining their team as the global Chief Information Officer (CIO) on June 30, 2025. With over three decades of extensive IT experience under his belt – including more than 20 years in key leadership positions – Giresi brings a wealth of knowledge to Vertiv. His previous roles include serving as chief digital officer at Molex, chief digital & technology officer at Aramark, CIO at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., CIO at Tory Burch, CIO at Direct Brands (Columbia House & Doubleday), and CIO/SVP IT at Godiva Chocolatier.

Giresi’s educational background is equally impressive; he holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University – Erivan K. Haub School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University with majors in English and Information Systems.
